SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 
q: Where do you ship?

Canada-wide. Free shipping on $99+ (before tax, after discounts). Standard rates apply below $99.

 
q: How long does shipping take?

If it’s in stock, we ship in 1–3 business days. Out of stock? We’ll ping you ASAP. Expect delivery in 2–7 business days depending on where you are.

 
q: Which carriers do you use?

We ship primarily with Canada Post and GTA GSM. If Canada Post experiences a service disruption, we’ll pause Canada Post shipments and switch to alternate carriers. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

 
q: Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes—free pickup at: Burnaby (Metropolis at Metrotown), Richmond (Aberdeen Square), Surrey (Guildford Town Centre). You’ll get a “Ready for Pickup” email.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 
q: What’s your return policy?

All sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have specific skin concerns or sensitivities, please consult a dermatologist before purchasing.

 
q: Damaged or incorrect items

We pack every order with care. If your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please message us at 250-965-0783 as soon as you receive it with clear photos/videos (and your order #). We’ll review and arrange a replacement or store credit where applicable.

q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Interac Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All prices are in CAD and taxes are calculated at checkout.
